The hotel had a beautiful lobby with a koi pond, which made for a nice atmosphere. I appreciated the friendly staff who were attentive and created a welcoming vibe. The room was clean, and I found it comfortable for my stay. However, housekeeping was inconsistent throughout my visit. They missed cleaning my room one day and when they did clean, the job felt rushed. I also faced issues with the air conditioning. it was either too hot or too cold at night, making it uncomfortable for sleeping. Another downside was the breakfast buffet. It was overpriced, which disappointed me since I expected it to be included with the room. In summary, while the hotel is attractive and the staff is great, more attention to housekeeping and pricing adjustments for breakfast would improve the experience significantly.

We had an awesome time with friends! The hotel was close to the Union Multipurpose Activity Center and The Cancer Treatment Center of America, making our stay super convenient. The staff was friendly, and our rooms were great, which really enhanced the fun of our getaway.
Unfortunately, housekeeping didn't visit our room as often as expected, which was a bit disappointing during our four-night stay.

The ambiance of this place was buzzing! Loved the delicious Cuban sandwich I had—seriously worth the wait. Plus, the friendly staff went above and beyond, making sure I felt right at home.
Sadly, the air conditioning was on the fritz and the restaurant menu didn’t hit the spot. And seriously, charging for parking? A little ridiculous, right?

Comfortable guest rooms for relaxation.
Upon arriving, I was disheartened to find that the carpet in the room was loose and stained, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the shower was quite dirty, with rusty fixtures that didn't drain properly—definitely not what I expected. To top it off, the front desk staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, ruining my chance for a warm welcome after a long day of travel.
